Whether we’re grilling a Turkey Breast or Salmon Fillet, this is one of our favorite sides.
½ pound Fresh Green Beans
1 pint Mushrooms
1 bag Pearl Onions or 1 Sweet Vidalia onion
1 clove Garlic
¼ Stick Butter
½ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
Salt and Pepper to taste
Clean and trim the green beans, slice the mushrooms.
Peel the pearl onions or quarter the Vidalia onion.
Peel and slice the garlic.
Add all ingredients to the skillet of melted butter and sauté’ on medium high heat until the mushrooms are golden brown and the green beans appear slightly charred. Enjoy!
