This sandwich is a great healthy sandwich to have when hiking or just sitting around the campground.

1          15 ounce can of Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed

1          to 2 tablespoons of Chipotle adobo Chili sauce

8          Slices of whole grain bread toasted

1          Avocado sliced

4          Radishes sliced

1          Cup of Clover Sprouts

Earth Balance Mayonnaise


In a bowl using a fork mash the beans then add the 1 to 2 tablespoons of Chipotle Adobo Chili sauce according to taste, mix well. Spread on the whole grain toasted bread. Top with Radish slices, Avocado slices, and clover sprouts. Add salt and pepper to taste.  Enjoy!
