This is a really fun way to entertain your camping guests and friends. Set out all the ingredients so diners can have fun making their own rolls.

Ingredients:

1          cup of sushi rice cooked and cooled.

8          Sheets of nori square in size

1          pound of imitation crab meat

1          firm avocado skinned and sliced thinly

1 ½      cup of julienned carrots

1 ½      cup of julienned red bell pepper

1          cup of peeled and thinly sliced cucumber

¾         cup of fresh herbs such as parsley or basil

Sauces:

1          cup of vegan mayo

1          tablespoon of tabasco sauce.

 

1          Bottle of reduced sodium soy sauce

 

1          small spray bottle of water

 

To assemble rolls, lay one sheet of nori seaweed paper on a flat surface. Place a teaspoon or more of vegan mayo sauce on seaweed. Next place some sushi rice, a slice of avocado, carrots, red pepper, and one slice of crab meat. Roll the nori into a cone shape, wetting the loose edge with a little water from spray bottle to seal. Serve the rolls with the soy sauce.  Enjoy!
