This is such a refreshing recipe that is super easy and extremely healthy to make.

Makes 2 Servings:

Wraps:

2          large Romaine lettuce leaves

2          sheets of dried Nori Seaweed

For the Filling:

1/3       Cup of Bean Sprouts

¼          Cup of sliced Avocado

½         Cup of diced tomato

¼          Cup of raw corn kernels

¼          Cup Red Bell pepper cut into julienne strips

1          Small clove of Garlic finely minced

1          Few slices of Red Onion

Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce

Put a romaine lettuce leaf on a flat surface and then top it with one sheet of Nori Seaweed. Fill with an assortment of the filling. Drizzle it with Soy Sauce. Roll up to form a wrap and serve.
