This is a fairly quick and delicious salad to make ahead or to easily prepare while camping.

1          8 ounce box of Whole Wheat Rotini

 

Dressing:

½ cup   Olive Oil

½ cup   Red Wine Vinegar

1 ½      teaspoon of Garlic Powder

1 ½      teaspoon of dried Basil Leaves

1 ½      Dried Oregano

 

Ingredients:

 

1          Large Container of White Button Mushrooms

1          Pint of Cherry Tomatoes

1          Can of Jumbo Black Olives

3          Green Onions

1          Container of Fat Free Feta Crumbled Cheese

 

Prepare pasta al dente according package directions and drain.

 

Clean all the veggies. Slice the mushrooms, halve the tomatoes, then coarse chop the black olives and green onions. Combine the above and dressing with the pasta.

 

Add the feta, cover and chill for a couple of hours. This will allow the flavors to melt together.

 

Serve cold and Enjoy!
